We will sell tickets from 12/1-12/14. We will offer the winner choice of the black collar (80 cm) or the red collar (70 cm). The second-place winner will get the alternate color collar. Winners will be selected via online raffle selection generator on 12/15. Each entry you purchase gives you that precise number of chances to win. Multiple ticket buyers ARE eligible to win both prizes if chance would have it play out as such.
